Kevin Vye Appointed SVP of Technology for Atrinsic

New York (March 31, 2010) - Atrinsic, Inc., (NASDAQ: ATRN), a leading direct to consumer internet marketing company, announced today that Kevin Vye has been appointed Senior Vice President of Technology.

Kevin Vye brings over ten years of technology and Internet marketing experience to Atrinsic. Prior to his most recent appointment, Mr. Vye served as Atrinsic's Vice President of Technology, during which time he was responsible for the strategic direction and execution of corporate technology initiatives. Mr. Vye's previous positions include Director of Data Services for Traffix Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atrinsic, where he designed and supported the company's back-end systems and various high-volume sites and supervised the company’s financial reporting system. Prior to his tenure at Traffix, Mr. Vye served as an IT manager for Elottery Inc, where he was responsible for the company’s infrastructure and marketing technology. Mr. Vye holds degrees from NBCC Moncton in computer engineering and network design and administration.

The Company also announced that Zachary Greenberger, the former Chief Technology Officer of the Company, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Schwartz noted, “I thank Zachary for his contribution to the Company and his willingness to serve in a consulting capacity during this transition.”
