Jeffrey Schwartz
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schwartz was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Atrinsic, Inc. in January 2010 and has served on the company’s Board of Directors since November 2008, chairing the Audit Committee prior to his appointment to the CEO role. Mr. Schwartz is widely recognized as an innovator in performance marketing. He previously served as President and CEO of Autoweb and Autobytel, both Nasdaq listed companies, where he created a leading automotive marketing services provider with over 25,000 participating dealers, operations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia and a market value exceeding $500 million. Previously, Mr. Schwartz held various executive positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Corporate Vice President responsible for corporate alliance business development. Mr. Schwartz received his Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California. He serves as a director of U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc., a leading Nasdaq-listed automotive e-commerce company.

Thomas Plotts
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Plotts brings many years of digital media and public company experience to Atrinsic.
Prior to his appointment as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Plotts was Atrinsic’s Vice President of Finance &
SEC Reporting, a position he has held since February 2007. In this role, Mr. Plotts helped guide Atrinsic from subscription
sales of $5 million in 2005 to annual sales of more than $55 million immediately prior to its merger with Traffix
in 2008. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Plotts was Chief Financial Officer of DBH Resources, a privately held risk
management company, which was successfully sold to AON Corporation (NYSE: AOC) in 2007. From 2001 to 2005,
Mr. Plotts was Director of Business Information Systems and Corporate Development at Cardiac Science Corporation
(NASDAQ: CSCX). Mr. Plotts served in the Australian Army Reserve, and was commissioned as a Lieutenant in 1988.
Mr. Plotts has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Business
Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Andrew Stollman
President, Products Group
Andrew Stollman is president of Atrinsic, Inc. Previously, he was president and
secretary of Traffix, Inc., which merged in January 2008 with New Motion, Inc. to form Atrinsic.
Previously, Stollman held several executive roles with the company, including chief operating
officer and executive vice president. Prior to joining Traffix, Stollman was a consultant to
Cas-El, Inc., a manager at Media Management Group, Inc., and a national marketing manager for
Infotrax Communications, Inc. and Advanced Marketing & Promotions, Inc., all companies engaged
in providing telephone entertainment services.
Ray Musci
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Raymond Musci is currently executive vice president, corporate
development of Atrinsic, Inc. He brings over 25 years of high tech, media,
entertainment and consumer product experience to the company. Most recently,
Musci was founder and chief executive officer of Bam! Entertainment, Inc., a
company he founded in 1999 that publishes and distributes movie, sports and cartoon
video games to a wide range of retailers. Prior to Bam!, Musci was president and
chief executive officer of the U.S. subsidiary of Infograms Entertainment, Inc.,
now better known as Atari, Inc. In that position, he oversaw all aspects of the
company's North American unit, was responsible for 250 employees, and grew global
revenues from $60 million to $300 million, and U.S. revenues from $80 million to
$150 million. Before joining Infograms/Atari, Musci was founder, president and
chief executive officer of Ocean Of America, Inc., a publisher and distributor of
entertainment software. Founded in 1990, Musci built the company to annual revenues
of $50 million, and sold it to Infograms/Atari in 1996.
Aaron Baker
Executive Vice President, Atrinsic Interactive
Aaron Baker is Executive Vice President of Atrinsic Interactive for
Atrinsic, Inc. His responsibilities include overseeing the agency division and its
integrated service offerings, including affiliate relations, search marketing and
social media. Mr. Baker has over 15 years of advertising experience, and is an expert
affiliate marketer. Previously, Mr. Baker served as Vice President of Sales and
Marketing of Pepperjam, a privately held full-service Internet marketing company.
At Pepperjam, Mr. Baker was responsible for managing the sales organization and
service delivery with both agencies and direct advertisers across search-engine
marketing, affiliate marketing and media buying solutions. Mr. Baker is an alumnus of
the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Zach Greenberger
Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations
Zach Greenberger is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations
for Atrinsic, Inc. His responsibilities include overseeing all technical strategies for the
company, including software development, infrastructure management, and system integrations.
Previously, Mr. Greenberger was Technology Manager at Fox Interactive Media, a division of
News Corp, where he supervised ad serving technology across a diverse portfolio of sites
including MySpace, IGN, and Rotten Tomatoes. Prior to joining FIM, Mr. Greenberger worked
for six years at Intermix Media where he served as Director of Software Development in charge
of content and marketing technology.
